Navyug Infosolutions - DevOps Engineer - Docker/Kubernetes (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to drive the organization to be successful in exploring and evaluating new and emerging software tools and technologies. You will be asked to implement and provide guidance across Openstack, AWS, Maven, Chef, data compute, storage, network, visualization and containerization and security and help transform the organization to take advantage of DevOps best practices methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain our cloud-based production infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

- Develop and implement automated processes for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining our applications and systems.

- Collaborate with developers and operations teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize systems for efficiency.

- Implement best practices for security, disaster recovery, and data retention.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Maintain Firewall within the organization.

Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or related role.

- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS.

- Experience with monitoring solutions such as New Relic, Nagios, Datadog or Prometheus.

- Experience with Virtualization tools such as VMware, Hyper-v or KVM.

- Hands on experience with firewall configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and infrastructure as code (IaC)

- Terraform

- Jenkins

- Cloud Formation

- ArgoCD

- Proficient in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript.

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
