Programmatic AdTech Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic AdTech Architect to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our advertising technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing programmatic ad technology solutions, ensuring smooth integrations with ad servers, and driving innovation in our advertising stack.

Your expertise will help us deliver high-performance, scalable, and efficient solutions to support our digital advertising initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of adtech technologies and hands-on coding experience with ad server integrations.

Knowledge of **Kevel server integration** is a significant plus.

- Proven experience with ad server integrations (e.g., Google Ad Manager, OpenX, etc.).

- Solid understanding of programmatic advertising workflows, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.

- Experience working with APIs for ad server and platform integrations, RTB, Header bidding,

- Expertise in designing scalable and high-performance systems for programmatic ad delivery. - - Experience with data-driven advertising strategies and ad performance optimization.

- Strong coding skills (Java, Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages).

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Knowledge of **header bidding**, **ad exchanges**, and other programmatic technologies.

- Familiarity with **data privacy regulations** (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and their impact on advertising technologies. - Experience with **Big Data** platforms and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

AdTech Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of programmatic advertising systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance ad tech stacks. -

Ad Server Integrations:Integrate and optimize various ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, etc.) with in-house systems and third-party tools, ensuring smooth data flow and bid optimization. - **Programmatic Advertising Solutions:

Develop and implement programmatic advertising technologies that support real-time bidding (RTB), supply-side platforms (SSPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and header bidding.

Platform Optimization & Automation:Work closely with engineering and data teams to optimize ad delivery, targeting, and reporting for maximum ad revenue and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work:Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of ad technology initiatives with business goals. Provide technical expertise and support to teams as needed.

Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, guiding them on best practices in ad tech architecture, integrations, and programmatic advertising.

Research & Innovation:Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in adtech, programmatic advertising, and server integrations. Lead initiatives to innovate and improve existing systems. -

Kevel Server Integration (Preferred):If you have experience with Kevel server integration you will be expected to leverage this expertise to enhance ad serving capabilities and improve the ad tech stack.

Required Qualifications: -

-Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

-8-10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of **ad tech technologies** (RTB, SSP, DSP, DMP, etc.).
