Job Description

Social Media Creative Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual who can bring a creative director s mindset to our social media strategy. This person will collaborate with the team to define a clear creative vision, generate innovative ideas, and guide the execution of visually and emotionally impactful campaigns. The focus is on ideation, strategy, and creative leadership to elevate our brand presence across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development : Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and map out social media campaigns that align with brand goals and audience expectations.

Creative Conceptualization : Develop themes, narratives, and ideas for campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand positioning.

Brand Consistency Oversight : Ensure all social media graphics, captions, and ad creatives align with the overall brand identity and messaging tone.

Trend Forecasting : Predict emerging trends and recommend proactive steps to integrate these into campaigns.

Innovation Leadership : Inspire the team to push creative boundaries while staying practical and focused on delivering results.

Collaboration with Stakeholders : Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and content teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on creative objectives.

Creative Playbooks : Develop internal guidelines or playbooks for ongoing campaign styles, content formats, and messaging approaches.

Performance Feedback Loop : Analyze the creative performance of campaigns in collaboration with the analytics team to identify areas for improvement and inform future projects.

Requirements:

Visionary Thinking : The ability to see the big picture while ensuring all details align with the overarching strategy.

Problem-Solving Skills : Quick to ideate creative solutions to challenges in storytelling, branding, or audience engagement.

Collaborative Spirit : Open to ideas from all team members and skilled in synthesizing input into a cohesive direction.

Innovative Design Literacy : While not designing directly, the ability to evaluate creative assets with a critical, informed eye.

Leadership Skills : Confidence to guide brainstorming sessions and inspire a team toward a unified creative goal.
