Job Title: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and establish growth plans.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to ensure high performance.
3. Sales Performance:
- Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
- Review and analyze sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
4. Client Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions.
5. Market Expansion:
- Explore and penetrate new markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct competitive analysis and position the company effectively in the market.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.
- Provide feedback on market needs and assist in product/service development.
7. Reporting and Budgeting:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 20+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth percentage.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Team performance and turnover rates.
- Market share growth.
- Cost efficiency in achieving sales targets.
Experience:

Qualification:
- BE (Computer Science / Electronics) / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
