We are seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter and for HR operations role with 4 to 6 years of industry experience across various sectors including Software Development, Consultancy, International, and Manufacturing. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and management within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. and end to end employee life cycle.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• HR operations like onboarding, employee engagement, team activities, payroll, compliance , PF ESI , leave management, attendance etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques across multiple industries.
• Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions within software development, consultancy, international, and manufacturing sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
