Software Developer - Azure Kubernetes Service (6-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Work on containerizing Java applications using Docker and deploy them on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

- Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based architectures leveraging AKS.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Monitor and optimize applications running on AKS to ensure reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AKS clusters, Java applications, and cloud infrastructure.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Java development, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Java development (J2EE, Spring Boot, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for deploying and managing containerized applications.

- Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with cloud-native application development and serverless architecture.

- Certification in Azure or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
