Continuously evaluate and refine HR processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Management:
Coach high-potential employees, Mentor, reward and promote employees.
Helps companies engage employees and prevent turnover with successful Talent Management strategies.
Design their companys organizational structure and define each positions responsibilities.
HRIS Management:
Overseeing the daily operation of HR Information Systems and processing employee data like leaves, wages and working hours.
Collaborate with our IT staff to perform regular tests and upgrades to our HRIS
Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Payroll Management:
Overseeing and directing payroll procedures, coordinate timekeeping systems, oversee payroll changes, system upgrades, and ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
Ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations and maintaining accurate payroll records.
Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and collaborate with HR and accounting teams)
Compensation and Benefits Management:
Designing fair and attractive bonus programs and ensuring our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations.
Design and evaluate effective compensation packages in terms of employee satisfaction and bonus programs that align with the companys strategic plan.
Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
Performance Management:
Develop efficient practices and strategies that maximize employee performance and support their development
Contribute to the creation of organizational objectives and regularly review and assess on-going performance management processes to evaluate whether they support employee performance and contribute to overarching business goals.
Developing efficient systems for collecting performance data and looking for best industry practices that boost performance.
Leave Management:
Managing, tracking and processing leave requests through the use of policies and procedures, and Calculate leave balances.
Monitoring leaves for all employees is needed for the proper functioning of the organization.
Configure company leave types into the system that aligns with mandated regulations and company policy.
Proven experience as an HR professional in a leadership role, with a focus on talent acquisition and culture building.
Demonstrated success in attracting and retaining top talent.
Education- Masters Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent
