A Store Incharge, or Store Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.

Role & responsibilities

• Receiving, storing, and organising inventory.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Ensuring sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimising stockouts and overstocking.
• Implementing inventory control systems and procedures.
• Performing stock checks and cycle counts.
• Maintaining Tools and Machine Record
• Procurement of required MISC at site
• MIN of Material from Client store

• Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Implementing security measures to protect merchandise and maintain safety.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and health standards.

• Managing the store budget and expenses.
