Manager - Social Media

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of content creators and social media executives.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.

- Plan, create, and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, crypto, and derivatives to craft relevant and compelling content.

- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key product updates, market trends, and educational content.

- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to inform future strategies.

- Engage with the community to foster meaningful interactions and address customer queries promptly.

Requirements:

- Minimum exp 5 years.

- Proven experience leading a social media team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of derivatives and financial markets, especially in the crypto space.

- Background in media, preferably with experience in production teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.

- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or any related field
