QA Executive

Responsibilities:

Inspection, ISO Documentation

Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

ISO Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update ISO documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.

Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to identify and prevent defects.

Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Corrective Actions: Initiate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.

Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Supplier Quality: Collaborate with suppliers to improve the quality of incoming materials.

Training: Provide training to employees on quality procedures and standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
