Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting seamless and intuitive user experiences for our digital platforms, enhancing the interaction between our luxury products and our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Visual Design: Design aesthetically pleasing interfaces that align with the luxury brand identity of Della. Develop high-fidelity mockups and detailed UI designs.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a consistent and effective user experience across all platforms.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor strategies in UX design.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the luxury goods or interior design industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and visual design work, including case studies that highlight your design process and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
