Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (Manual Tester) to ensure the highest quality of website design and functionality. The ideal candidate will specialize in manual testing of websites across multiple devices, resolutions, and browsers, ensuring the sites design and code function seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Testing:
o Perform detailed manual testing of websites for functionality, performance, and design alignment.
o Verify responsiveness across various screen sizes, resolutions, and devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
o Ensure compatibility across multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.).
2. Design and UI/UX Validation:
o Validate website design elements against provided wireframes and mockups.
o Test visual aspects, including layouts, fonts, colors, and alignment.
3. Code Testing:
o Perform functional testing to ensure all website features work as expected.
o Identify and report coding errors or inconsistencies.
4. Bug Identification and Reporting:
o Document and communicate bugs effectively with detailed reproduction steps.
o Collaborate with developers to resolve issues promptly.
5. Performance Testing:

Job Expectations:

o Evaluate website load times and identify potential bottlenecks.
o Conduct tests to ensure website reliability under different usage scenarios.
6. Regression and Smoke Testing:
o Conduct regression testing to ensure previous bugs are fixed and do not reoccur.
o Perform smoke testing after new features or fixes are deployed.
7. Test Case Creation:
o Write and execute comprehensive test cases to cover all website features.
o Maintain and update test cases as the website evolves.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Analyst, specifically for websites.
Strong knowledge of website testing tools and techniques.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic coding for debugging purposes.
Experience with browser developer tools for troubleshooting.
Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-device testing.
Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective bug reporting and collaboration.
