Design and develop comprehensive training programs in red teaming, including course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
Deliver training sessions to students, either in-person or online, on various red teaming topics, including adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and threat emulation
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in red teaming and update training programs accordingly
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance
Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in red teaming, with a focus on training and education
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Red Teamer, Certified Penetration Tester, or OSCP
Strong knowledge of red teaming principles, including adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and threat emulation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
