Job Description
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs in red teaming, including course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
- Deliver training sessions to students, either in-person or online, on various red teaming topics, including adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and threat emulation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in red teaming and update training programs accordingly
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in red teaming, with a focus on training and education
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Red Teamer, Certified Penetration Tester, or OSCP
- Strong knowledge of red teaming principles, including adversarial simulation, penetration testing, and threat emulation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to work independently as a consultant.
