Nimesa Technologies - Program Manager/Project Manager (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making and alignment.

- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including budgets and team assignments, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives and customer expectations.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e. , Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
