Lab Technician

Role & responsibilities

1. Design, Wire, and implementation PLC program for automation system

2. Debug and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure optional functionality

3. Ensure proficiency in handling common PLC brands such as Siemens TIA portal , Rockwell PLC

4. Participate in automation initiatives for the product line and equipment upgrades

5. Contribute to project implementation by integrating PLC based solution

6. Collaborate with cross functional teams for system design and testing and deployment

7. PLC Knowledge - TIA portal, Rockwell Automation

8. AUTOCAD designing and documentation

9. Electrical Panel Wiring and design in CAD

10. BOM Making and documentation

11. Candidate should have knowledge of Realtime industrial automation

12. Data acquisition

13. 3rd part module integration

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 5 year of hands-on experience in PLC programming and automation system

2. Strong experience in writing , debugging and troubleshooting PLC program

3. Proficiency in brand like siemens, AB , Arduino PLC

4. Experience in automation process equipment maintenance and project execution

5. Ability to analyze system requirements and development effective solution

6. Excellent problem solving skill and attention to details

7. Strong knowledge have Of AUTOCAD in electrical design

Education

Diploma In ENTC/Electricals, or in any specialization

Experience:

Min 3 years of experience in relevant field
