Responsibilities :

- Has used Atlassian Jira or a similar tool to manage Scrum and Kanban process-based delivery.

- Has successfully delivered public internet-accessible software products with browser and mobile clients.

- Has worked with teams across global time zones.

- Able to set milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines.

- Able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Able to manage a budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs.

- Came through IT delivery ranks before management; has prior experience as a software developer.

Requirements :

- Managed delivery of applications in major public cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Managed delivery of software-intensive products with browser and mobile UIs using modern technologies such as React, Angular, PHP, Java, Python, and MySQL.

- Familiar with agile a servant-leader mindset and can mix prescriptive guidance with removing obstacles faced by team members.

- Experience with Atlassian JIRA is a plus.

- Senior-level experience with Prince 2 and PMP CERTIFICATION, specialized in fundamentals of technical project management in software delivery, infrastructure delivery, and data delivery, with emphasis on software delivery experienced

- Worked on MPP, Gant chart, burnt chart, experienced/worked on project fallback strategies worked on an enterprise-grade project with a team of 40 plus.

- Versed in modern agile delivery processes and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Scrumban; has used such processes to successfully deliver multiple projects.
