DBSync - Solution Engineer - Cloud Computing Platform (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed solution architectures.

- Design and document integration plans, data migration strategies, and system configurations.

- Ensure that proposed solutions align with best practices and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e., development, support, project management) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide technical guidance and support during the customer onboarding process.

- Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and testing of our products and services.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.

- Proactively identify and address customer needs and challenges.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.

- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

- Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.

- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and training materials.

- Participate in internal initiatives to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in a solution engineering, or consulting role.

- Proven experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data integration tools, API development, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.

- Proficiency in data modeling, database administration, network security, system administration.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non technical audiences.
