Job Description
- Support end to end Tender Management process starting from Pre-Tender Preparation/Review - Tender Launch Solution Design – Post RFQ update and analysis.
- Ensure clarity of customer business requirements by engaging Account Owner
- Analyze tender and involve right internal stakeholders, and review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire RFx process which includes the development of response format/pricing matrix/responding to queries as well as timely submission of RFI, RFP and RFQ to customers / bid owners.
- Provide a quality & winning proposal to the assigned bid owner and/or other Tender Management Teams for validation and submission to the customer.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Management on ongoing and upcoming Tenders along with status updates on submitted Tenders.
- Support and maintain Tender Radar/Tender Dashboard/Post Bid Analysis/Updates on submitted Tenders and TM Performance Reports to provide analytical information enabling the stakeholders to offer competitive pricing and solutions to win the business.
