Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Participate in project planning and scheduling

2. Site Management: Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensure safety and quality standards.

3. Design and Documentation: Review and interpret drawings (architectural and structural drawings and specifications.

4. Quality Control: Monitor quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions for all works

5. Contractor/Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with Contractor/Supplier for smooth work flow

6. Invoicing/Cost Estimation/Time Scheduling/Work Scheduling
