RPA Developer - UiPath (4-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath (versions 2020.10, 2021.4, and 2022.10).

- Deploy RPA bots and manage their operational stability.

- Maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.

- Document the design, development, and deployment processes.

- Provide ongoing support and optimization for deployed bots.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, specifically with UiPath (versions 2023.10.4).

- Strong programming skills in languages such as .NET, C#, Python, or VBScript.

- In-depth understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.

- Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with Agile development practices.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
