Job Overview :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive user interfaces and craft engaging user experiences that align with our brand and business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that meet user needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and accessible.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.

- Maintain design consistency across products by adhering to style guides and design systems.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving user needs.

- Optimize designs for various platforms, including web and mobile.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and process.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and development workflows is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects or Principle.

- Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to gather insights.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of front-end development basics.
