The Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) position is an entry-level role within,focused on the recruitment and placement of IT professionals on bench assignments
As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in candidate sourcing, client management, and sales
You will work closely with the Bench Sales team to identify potential candidates, match them with suitable job opportunities, and facilitate the placement process
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates for bench placements.
Screening and Evaluation: Screen and evaluate candidate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific job requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Bench Sales team to understand client requirements and build relationships with clients. Present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills and experience for consideration.
Placement and Negotiation: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating with candidates and clients. Negotiate and finalize offers between candidates and clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.
Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of qualified candidates, including their skills, availability, and contact information.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively advise clients and identify new opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain appropriate records, document candidate and client interactions, and generate reports as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Excellent sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies, job roles, and industry terminology.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
