What do we want you to do:
Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
Proactively reaching out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing and new relationships.
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape DataNimbus s solutions to meet customer needs.
Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders, including the support team, customers, and other teams that are involved in operations.
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
Solicit and maintain a network of prospects.
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
Be accountable for increasing revenue and stickiness of your customers.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions.
Work closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues and defects.
Identify gaps in the sales process and amend it accordingly.
Utilize data science knowledge to analyze customer data, forecast trends, and tailor solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Leverage analytics tools to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and improve the sales approach.

What would help make your case:
Education B.Tech/BSc or MBA in Marketing/Finance, with coursework or experience in Data Science or AI preferred.
Proven 3+ years work experience as a Sales Account Executive.
Data Science, Banking or Software background is preferred.
Ability to take ownership of all the feature/module, its related activities, and build a process around it with minimal hand-holding.
An ability to market and promote the support services and advocate for necessary resources, support, and appreciation for the support team.
Good understanding of DataNimbus products and services.
Requires negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Mining existing relationships.
Draft, structure, and negotiate/back-channel SoW s.
