Job Summary :

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning, coupled with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. You will work on client projects, driving large analytical initiatives and contributing to data architecture development.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using various techniques such as regression, clustering, decision trees, and neural networks.

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Architecture Contribution: Contribute to the design and implementation of data architectures to support analytical initiatives.

Client Project Delivery: Participate in client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytical solutions.

Big Data Exploration: Explore and develop machine learning models on large datasets.

Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and validate model performance.

Data Retrieval & Management: Retrieve data from databases (SQL) and cloud resources (AWS/ADLS).

Data Visualization: Create insightful visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Project Management: Proactively drive large analytical projects to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist role.

- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.

- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python or R.

- Experience with machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of SQL for data retrieval.

- Basic knowledge of cloud data storage such as AWS or ADLS.

- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Proven ability to conduct ad-hoc analysis and present results effectively.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working on client projects.

- Ability to drive analytical projects to completion.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with advanced machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

- Advanced SQL skills and experience with database optimization.

- Experience with data engineering principles and practices.

- Experience with advanced statistical methods.

- Experience creating data architectures.
