Frontend Lead - Javascript/TypeScript (4-6 yrs)

The social platform we are building is centered around enabling women to converse more with other women via their interests and build deeper relationships, eventually leading to monetizing their skills/hobbies. Our Frontend Lead will be passionate about creating captivating experiences for customers and will be abreast with modern web frameworks. She will strive andthink about building highly responsive, intuitive, and sleek experiences for customers.

She will be responsible for building and designing highly scalable, responsive, and interactive web applications using React JS, React Native, Flutter, and other native front-end technologies. You will also set up, lead and manage a team of front-end developers, all passionate about solving for the best user experience and have customer centricity at the heart of their problem-solving abilities.

Requirements :

- Must have AWS experience and other mandatory skills are React Native, React JS, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, writing Java Scripts, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and Redux.

- Should have a strong understanding of web development cycles (e. g. package management, module bundling unit, integration testing, etc.

- 3 to 5 years of Experience in building front-end, seamless experience for consumer product apps at scale.

- Proven working experience in web programming and applications.

- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.

- Understanding DOM and Virtual DOM. Must know API Integration and session management, security and best-developing practice.

- Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.

- Proficiency with Git and other dev tools.

- 4-5 years of experience in front-end development with Flutter, ReactJS, React native, Redux, HTML5 CSS3 Javascript, and Typescript.

- Published at least 3-4 apps on the store across the years as a front-end developer.

- Possess an understanding of web browsers and DOM.

- Appetite for learning and utilizing new and upcoming browser features such as Web Components, Shadow DOM, service workers, etc.

- Solid knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Experience building full-stack applications is a plus.

- Data-driven product development is kinda your thing.
