About the Role
The candidate is expected to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to customer obsession, with a keen focus on upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
This role demands a high level of ownership, requiring a "never say never" attitude and a relentless pursuit of, if not surpassing, set targets. Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders is essential, with an additional emphasis on a meticulous eye for detail to drive business growth. The position offers substantial exposure to sales and market operations.
Key Responsibility
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to implement initiatives for client acquisition, market expansion, and order delivery, aligning with overarching business objectives.
Identify and approach prospective clients, comprehensively understanding their needs, and proposing suitable products/services.
Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current clients.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and stay abreast of competitors.
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership, encompassing Customer Onboarding, Relationship Management, Delivery, and the generation of repeat orders.
Continuously monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, seeking feedback to improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize client acquisition and order fulfillment efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills, Qualification and Prerequisite:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant experience in this role is highly advantageous.
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience will be a perfect fit for the role.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and Word, will be an added plus for the role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with eye for detail as we believe 'Devil is in detail'
Knowledge of chemical products and their applications is an advantage.
It would be advantageous for students who have pursued B.Tech/B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry will help students understand the market in a detailed manner.
