Mandatory-Should have Sales Revenue Portfolio of around 50 100CR & Pan India Sales Experience. 1. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives 2. Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase consumer base and maximize per capita 3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables 4. Management of promotional budgets and costs 5. Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control 6. Ensure implementation of SFE norms and standards set - thru appropriate HCP and retail execution strategies 7. Control attrition and build a motivated, and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward 8. Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs team 9.
