Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join Unthinkable Solutions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and contributing to a welcoming environment that supports our business operations.

What Youll Do

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and helpful attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
Coordinate office supplies, managing inventory and ordering as necessary.
Monitor office security and ensure visitors sign in and out appropriately.
Support various departments with general administrative duties as needed.
Ensure smooth daily operations and assist in any other ad hoc duties to support the team.

Who Will Be a Good Fit

A degree or diploma in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to manage office logistics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
