PARIDHI INDUSTRIES is looking for Grinding Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Machine Operation: Grinding Operators work with grinding machines that are used to remove excess material from workpieces, sharpen cutting tools, or achieve a specific surface finish

They are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating these machines

Material Preparation: They prepare the workpiece for grinding, which may involve securing it in place using clamps, fixtures, or other methods

They also inspect workpieces for defects or imperfections that need to be addressed during the grinding process

Tool Selection: Grinding Operators select the appropriate grinding tools and abrasives based on the material being worked on and the desired finish or shape

Quality Control: Throughout the grinding process, they monitor the quality of the workpiece by taking measurements, visually inspecting the product, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the work meets specifications

Safety: Ensuring the safety of the grinding process is a critical aspect of the job

Grinding Operators must follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or injuries

Maintenance: Routine maintenance and cleaning of the grinding equipment may be required to keep it in optimal working condition

Documentation: They often maintain records and documentation related to the grinding process, such as work orders, production logs, and quality control reports
