Position Overview :

As a Technical Lead specializing in full stack development, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality solutions across mobile and backend platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your expertise in mobile technologies, backend development, microservices architecture, database design, code reviews, and automation will be essential to the success of our projects.

Experience : 7 - 12 Years

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering solutions across the full stack, including mobile and backend platforms.

- Define technical requirements and implementation plans for projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability across the full stack.

- Design and implement microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries to support application requirements.

- Work closely with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes across the full stack.

- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate new ideas and best practices into our projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in both mobile and

backend development.

- Hands-on experience with mobile technologies such as React Native, as well as backend technologies such as Java Spring, Node.js, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, database design, and optimization techniques.

- Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

- Overall experience between 7-12 years in software development and lead roles.

- Expert knowledge in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices and Unit test frameworks
