The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in SaaS-based IT Product Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and agile methodologies. They will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business goals to deliver world-class SaaS solutions.
What You Will Do:
Product Strategy Roadmap
o Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends and customer needs.
o Align product goals with business objectives and revenue targets.
o Prioritize features based on customer feedback, data insights, and competitive analysis.
Product Development Execution
o Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
o Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
o Drive agile and iterative development cycles, ensuring quick feedback loops.
o Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Customer Market Insights
o Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to refine product positioning.
o Leverage data analytics and user insights to continuously optimize product performance.
o Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to gather feedback and enhance user experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
o Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.
o Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and third-party integrations.
Technology Innovation
o Stay updated with emerging trends in SaaS, cloud computing, AI, and IT product development.
o Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and improved performance in the product.
o Advocate for best practices in UX/UI, security, and compliance.
What You ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor s or Master s equivalent experience in Product Management, or Technology.
10+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS company (B2B and data experience a plus)
Has launched at least one new customer facing SaaS product from concept to market.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and software development processes.
Experience with roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.
Deep knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS business models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with customers, partners, as well as internal technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AI-driven SaaS products, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or cybersecurity.
Prior experience in UX/UI design principles and customer-centric product development.
Experience working with developers in a product-based company.
