Job Profile

Position: Manager Accounts, Audit & Taxation
Functional Area: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 5 to 7 years (Post CA qualification)
Age Requirement: 25 years+

Compensation

• During Probation (6 Months): INR 9,00,000 – INR 10,00,000 per annum
• Post Probation: INR 10,00,000 – INR 12,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Financial Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Audit Management Plan, execute, and oversee internal and external audits to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Tax Compliance Ensure adherence to direct and indirect tax laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

Regulatory Compliance Monitor and implement changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis for cost control.

Internal Controls Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to prevent fraud and ensure financial accuracy.

Technical Skills Required

• MS Excel – Advanced proficiency
• Power BI (SQL) – Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) – In-depth technical knowledge
• MIS Analysis – Ability to interpret and analyze Management Information Systems
• Financial Modeling – Expertise in building financial models

Location Preference

• Candidate should be a resident of Gurugram or willing to relocate.
