Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at CultYvate in Bengaluru.

- The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage resources efficiently, ensure implementation of precision farming technology, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize agriculture productivity.

- Additionally, they will work towards making CultYvate the gold standard for agricultural methods and technology.

Qualifications:

- Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and project management.

- Knowledge of precision farming technology, IoT, and Artificial Intelligence.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as government agencies, farmers, and researchers.

- Degree in Agriculture, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience in the agriculture or Ag Tech industry is a plus.
