Job Description

Job Title: Associate Director-Performance Marketing.

Location: Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop and lead the performance marketing strategy across US and ROW markets, with a focus on achieving optimal CPL and ROAS.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Continuously analyze and adjust campaigns to improve results, scaling high-performing campaigns and optimizing underperforming ones.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with the business team to align marketing goals with overall business objectives and optimize campaigns to drive strong ROAS.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to create effective, performance-driven creatives and ad copy that resonate with target audiences.

Data Monitoring & Optimization:

- Oversee the tracking and reporting of campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and tactics for improved performance.

- Implement best practices in data monitoring, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate measurement of CPL, ROAS, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Management & Development:

- Lead and manage a 1-2 member performance marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Budget Management:

- Manage the performance marketing budget across all channels, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.

- Regularly review spending and adjust strategies to ensure campaigns stay within budget while optimizing performance.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on performance marketing innovations.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving results across multiple digital channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

- Experience in the Ed-Tech industry, preferably in the K-12 sector, is highly desirable.

- International marketing experience with a focus on US and ROW markets is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and analytics tools.

- Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams effectively.

- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across business, content, design, and analytics teams.

- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide teams to success.
