Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Ctruh, you will take ownership of creating user-centric designs for our digital products. Your role involves designing intuitive and engaging interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to delivery for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
Analyse user feedback and data to make informed design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
Expertise in designing responsive and accessible interfaces.
Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
