About Company:-
CrystalVoxx Ltd, a KPO providing end to end service in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Credentialing, Medical Coding, Medical Transcription, Virtual Assistance to doctors / providers in US Healthcare Industry.
Job Description:
- Location:- Ahmedabad
- Shift:- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Working Days:- Monday to Friday
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review & verify the patients information against insurance company specifications through site
- Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
- Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
- Resolve routine patient billing inquiries & problems; follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/CSR/RCM
Required Key skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage
- Excellent in English Communication
- MS Office, Internet
- Interpersonal Skills
