Role & responsibilities JR.

• Drafting and Designing: Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software based on project requirements, specifications, and details provided by clients.
• Convert hand-drawn sketches, PDFs, or other file formats into AutoCAD drawings, ensuring precision and maintaining the required standards.
• Develop detailed layout plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, Plumbing and construction details, considering the specific project requirements and design standards.
• Create detailed 3D models using AutoCAD based on architectural and design specifications. Apply advanced rendering techniques to bring 3D models to life with realistic textures, lighting, and effects.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand design objectives, provide progress updates, and address any design-related queries or concerns.
• Knowledge of UDCPR(Unified Development Control Planning Regulations ) PMRDA DCPR & NBC (National Buildings Code)
• Good Calculating Areas and formatting and presentations.

Role & responsibilities Exe./ Sr.

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professional.
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and make design changes.
• Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
• Scheduling & allotting work to the Team as per HODs instructions.
• Review & Checking of Day to day working
• Make and follow all reporting patterns with new inputs and inline it at daily basis.
• Understand companies policies and follow it thoroughly.
• Smooth working of Team and co-ordination of Accounts, Liasion and Drawing
• Co-ordination between office Clients and other consultants.
• Must have knowledge of current Unified DCPR and PMRDA.
• Experienced in handling of projects from design to executions.
• Presentation skills.
• Must experience in all drawings Submission, Working, etc.
