Project Analyst

About The Role.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our team, focusing on billing and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing billing processes and financial reporting.
Expertise in software licensing procurement is essential for this role.

What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and financial issues.
Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an MBA in Finance.
At least 4 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Familiarity with reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Certification in accounting or finance (e g, CPA, CMA).
Experience in project management or a related field.
