Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring of high-quality candidates.
Oversee sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media and networking events.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
2. HR Processes & Policy Implementation
Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and culture. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and processes and make improvements where necessary.
3. HR Automation
Lead the automation and digital transformation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Automate HR tasks such as payroll, attendance tracking, leave management and more.
4. Performance Management
Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system to drive organizational success.
Guide leadership in setting clear performance expectations and conducting performance appraisals.
Develop frameworks for goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans for employees at all levels.
Ensure alignment between individual performance goals and business objectives, fostering accountability across teams.
5. Preparation of KRA and KPIs
Collaborate with department heads and leadership to define and establish KRAs for various roles across the organization.
Develop and implement KPIs that are aligned with business goals and objectives to ensure clear performance metrics.
Regularly monitor and review KRAs and KPIs, ensuring they remain relevant and aligned with evolving business needs.
Conduct periodic performance reviews based on KRA and KPI metrics, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Utilize KRA and KPI data to identify high-performing employees and areas where training or support may be needed.
