Quality Resident Engineer

Role & responsibilities - To address and understand the quality issues reported in the component parts supplied to the customer for the car assembly and execute necessary segregation/rework with the team. To collect data for issues faced by the customer and create necessary reports of defects, daily inspection quantity and customer feedback. To carry out inspection using test kit. To handle customer concerns effectively and to build harmonious relationship with customer end team. To align with warehouse firewall inspection team for proper quality inspection as per the customer requirement. And all the customer line side support related activities. Work site will be Suzuki Motors Gujarat - Becharaji plant.

Preferred candidate profile - Diploma/BE/B-Tech education is compulsory. Customer handling/resident engineer experience will be preferred. Candidate should know usage of computer and drafting of mails and reports. Candidate should have good communication and time management skills.
