- We need smart brains, not certified ones.
- We look for creative people, not degrees. But, you must have a work/portfolio link to showcase your previous work.
- Preferably should have supporting internships or experience in design/advertising/digital marketing and supporting portfolio work links.
- Has a good understanding of how to sell the product/service with creative content via the social media platform.
- Come up with creative ideas for social media and work with the team to execute them.
- Works closely with the community manager or social media manager to create engaging content for a company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences, ultimately helping us to grow in terms of reach and spread awareness.

- Works with marketing and social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Manages company social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Assists in creating timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation
- Leads content creation and executing campaigns
- Create trends and buzz around our industry, services, and clients
- Learn and execute digital marketing and performance ads side of the business
- Provide details of campaign success using data-driven analytics for different social media platforms
