Job Description

The UX Designer will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of Cross Identity s User and Admin Portals. This role involves collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UI Development teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and user testing to gain insights into user needs and behavior.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with UI Developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
Maintain and contribute to a consistent style guide for the Cross Identity platform.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably for enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and reasoning effectively.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
