Job Description
The UX Designer will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of Cross Identity s User and Admin Portals. This role involves collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UI Development teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and user testing to gain insights into user needs and behavior.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with UI Developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
- Maintain and contribute to a consistent style guide for the Cross Identity platform.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably for enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design ideas and reasoning effectively.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
