Scheduling and Rostering:Develop and maintain crew schedules, taking into consideration factors such as work hours, rest periods, and regulatory requirements

Ensure that all scheduling practices comply with regulatory requirements and contractual agreements
Communication:Maintain effective communication with crew members, providing them with clear information about their schedules, assignments, and any changes
Liaise with other departments, such as operations, maintenance, and human resources, to coordinate crew activities
Problem Solving:Address and resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected absences, and other issues that may impact crew availability or deployment
Develop contingency plans to handle disruptions in the crew schedule
Data Management:Maintain accurate records of crew members' work hours, rest periods, certifications, and other relevant information
Use scheduling software or systems to track and manage crew schedules efficiently
Continuous Improvement:Analyze crew scheduling processes and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance
Implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of crewing operations
Emergency Response:Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unexpected disruptions, such as weather-related issues, technical problems, or other crises that may affect crew operations
Training and Development:Facilitate training programs for crew members, focusing on skills development, safety protocols, and compliance with industry standards
