Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented City Head Sales for the NCR region to spearhead field sales operations for SalaryBox, a leading B2B SaaS application. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional execution skills, an aggressive approach to tracking daily input and output metrics, and a proven ability to drive and sustain high performance in field sales teams.
Role & responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall sales strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives in the NCR region.
Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing field sales team to achieve sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily input and output metrics to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies and address performance gaps proactively.
Client Acquisition: Oversee and drive new client acquisition efforts, with a focus on building lasting relationships with B2B customers.
Market penetration: identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the NCR region by understanding the competitive landscape and market trends.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: leverage analytics to make informed decisions, track sales progress, and optimize resource allocation.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to deliver value to clients and achieve business objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity to senior management.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in managing field sales teams for B2B SaaS products.
Execution Skills: Proven ability to implement and manage aggressive sales strategies with a focus on measurable results.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a results-oriented culture.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using sales data and analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Location: willingness to be based in Gurugram and travel across the NCR region as needed.
