Java Developer - Spring Boot/MongoDB (2-6 yrs)

Java Developer.

Location : Delhi-NCR.

Timings : Day Shift.

Notice Period : within 15 days or immediate joiner.

Primary Skills :

- 2 6 years of experience in Java back-end development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot.

- Proficiency in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Redis is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team across different time zones.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and messaging systems (e.g, Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of front-end and mobile development (React, Flutter, React Native) to facilitate effective collaboration with the front-end team.

- Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based environments.

- Familiarity with banking systems, AI/ML services, or fraud detection is a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot).

- Design and implement microservices architecture for high availability and scalability.

- Work with Spring modules like REST, Data, AOP, and Security to build secure and efficient applications.

- Integrate with various banking systems, AI/ML services, KYC, and fraud detection systems via APIs, webhooks, and message queues.

- Collaborate with front-end developers working on web (React) and mobile SDKs (Flutter, React Native) to deliver seamless integration.

- Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and scalability of services running on GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Confluent Kafka.

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases, using Elasticsearch for logging and Redis for caching.

- Troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams in India and the US to understand functional and client-specific requirements.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and problem-solving sessions.
