Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companys software solutions and services to target audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, development, and management) to create marketing materials, such as brochures, pitch decks, and digital content
Organize content to ensure it is properly placed and easily accessible to those who need it; maintain existing processes or develop new, effective ones as required
Improve efficiencies in the existing workflow to optimize productivity and output
Proofread and review content to ensure messaging is on-brand, clear, and effective for the target audience
Ensure consistency in content across various marketing channels to maintain brand cohesion
Review and monitor materials closely to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards
Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
Foster h3 relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure established processes are followed and identify areas for process improvement
Qualifications:
Experience in marketing or project management, preferably within the software development or technology sector
Proficiency with project management tools to track project progress and collaborate with team members
Experience in proofreading content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing
Familiarity with SharePoint, Adobe PDF editing tools, MS Office, and grammar checkers like Grammarly is a plus

A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a project management role
