JOB DESCRIPTION:
Profile Description:
- The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, creating and managing marketing collateral, and leveraging digital marketing and social media tools to maximize brand exposure.
Key Responsibility:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new branding opportunities and trends.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and target audience.
Marketing Collateral Management:
- Create, design, and oversee the production of marketing materials including brochures, danglers, and other promotional items.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the brand message.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Utilize social media tools to engage with the audience, manage online presence, and drive brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Testimonials & Case studies:
- Collect and manage customer testimonials to build credibility and enhance brand reputation.
- Create compelling case studies that highlight customer success stories and the impact of our products/services.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Reporting Analyses:
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
- Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating and managing marketing collateral such as brochures and danglers.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proffered Skills:
- Experience in graphic design or familiarity with design software.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
