As an HR Business Partner, you take end-to-end accountability of the employee experience across touch points in our journey from startup to scaleup. Talent Strategy is extremely critical to the Group and entails working with multiple stakeholders across business & support verticals and sustaining a culture of high performance & growth.
Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)
1. Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative selection mechanism from sourcing to screening and onboarding.
2. Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing the key talent, identifying & plugging gaps in development, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
3. Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus & social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.
4. Execute the HR processes of Performance Management, Talent Development and others in letter & spirit.
5. Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.
What you MUST have
1. High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.
2. Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the "degree" credential. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Suites.
3. Ability to thrive in BANI ecosystem; problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind.
