Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Consultant to join our sales team. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with doctors and healthcare professionals to offer them tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance products.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and connect with doctors and healthcare professionals to understand their insurance needs.

- Present and explain various insurance products and services to potential clients.

- Customize insurance solutions to fit the specific requirements and preferences of doctors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall sales strategy and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or financial services.

- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
