Courseplay is a leading enterprise learning and performance automation platform, helping organizations drive engagement, productivity, and capability building at scale. We are expanding our footprint and seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, lead, and manage your own high-performing sales and business development team.

- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals with enterprise clients.

- Deliver compelling product demos, sales presentations, and tailored proposals.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers.

- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to leadership.

- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs consistently.

- Drive client onboarding and deliver Courseplay training to enterprise customers.

- Maintain strong post-sales engagement and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Develop impactful case studies showcasing client success stories.

- Identify and build a network of global channel partners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to share market insights.


- Represent Courseplay at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Position Courseplay as the go-to solution for enterprise learning and performance automation.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT/SaaS/B2B/e-learning domains.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in fast-paced environments.

- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the sales funnel.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

- Experience interacting with senior-level executives and navigating complex deals.

- Ability to handle multiple prospect situations simultaneously.

- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.

- Willingness to travel as needed across regions.

Preferred Experience:

- Background in LMS, SaaS, enterprise IT solutions, cloud software, or e-learning platforms.

- Previous experience in developing and managing sales teams.
